Travel Feedback
Tell us what happened. Field reports keep the desk accurate.
Why Feedback Matters
Published policy and counter practice drift apart. Reader reports are how we detect that drift early, and they are the fastest signal we have that a guide needs review.
What to Include
A useful report is short and specific.
- Airport, airline and date.
- What you asked for and what you were told.
- Which of our guides you were using, if any.
- Whether the outcome matched what we described.
What Happens Next
An editor reviews the report, verifies it where possible, and updates the guide if the change is confirmed. We do not publish your name or contact details.
