4. Our Response

If you believe material was removed in error or through misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, and your contact details together with consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court.
6. Repeat Infringers and Misrepresentation
We terminate access for repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. Please note that under the DMCA any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages.
